Getting through a stressful week? Try slowing down a bit with a syphon coffee brewing experience at room68.
Syphon coffee brewing is quite popular in Japan and Taiwan. To brew under the process of water evaporation and condensation with stirring, the flavour of coffee will be extracted with layers.
Although this brewing method and pour-over brewing are equally popular internationally, it is not widely served in Hong Kong cafes.
room68 brings you the syphon brewing experience with the guest barista Tony Lou @ Grade Radiant. Besides brewing coffee, one of the event highlights will be our experiment of making Chinese tea with the Syphon brewing method.
