AIA Hong Kong has launched a Smart City Series program with HKIA & RIBA (HK) to share more new ideas of the dialogue on public and private spaces. To kick start the series, a design competition for young architects to explore the concept of the “Smart City” - rethinking of phone booth's to a piece of smart street furniture for the digital age using innovative, sustainable and urban thinking was held in August. A Series of events has planned to have an in-depth discussion of the Smart City.
