Make the most of fruit gluts and try making your own jam - delicious spread on homemade bread.

* Please prepare below ingredients and tools before the class

Strawberry Kiwi Jam - ingredients and tools

Strawberry 500g
Kiwi - 2 pcs
Rock Sugar - around 300g
Lemon - 1pc

1. 100g jam jar x 4-5, please sterilise before use (sterilisation method:https://youtu.be/ZXkw9lweE-0
2. Pan
3. Induction cooker / gas cooker
4. Knife / plastic knife (for kids)
5. Cutting board
6. Steel spoon

Optional tools:
1. Electronic scale
2. Lemon queenzer
3. Ladle
4. Pot (around 10cm higher than your jam jar)
