You don’t need any equipment to have a great workout and can do these bodyweight exercises anywhere. Suitable for your own weight or objects at home (such as stools, water bottles, books) for some simple exercise.

Things to prepare:
Stools, 2 x 1.5L water bottles (fill with water) / books

This class is provided by Sky Fitness and will be conducted in Cantonese.
