re : view is a collective exhibition showcasing a selection of analogue cameras dating from early to late 20th century. The careful selection captures the evolution of analogue cameras by displaying their forms developed over time and unravelling the progression of photography.

Jiksap hopes to bring an alternative point of view to our visitors with this exhibition, as analogue cameras have been crucial not only in the field of photography but also in documenting and contextualising imageries. From the development of their intricate designs, to witnessing the progression of photography, they have been telling stories of millions and have made capturing history more visible than ever.

re : view is not only an exhibition for visitors to appreciate the history of analogue cameras, it is also an opportunity for friends to share their expertise in the field of photography through a series of sharings and workshops. We welcome anyone who has interest not only in photography but are keen to gain more in-depth knowledge and unique experience through our exhibition.
