Antoine Rameau, a French artist living in Hong Kong, developed his unique collage style while collecting images of various origins. Inspired by Pop and Street Arts, he turns any paper item into dream-like new visual worlds. Each collage tells an elaborate story filled with multiple symbols messages. Rameau continuously explores different techniques, from Cubist construction to Surrealist juxtaposition, combining photographs, maps, newspapers and comics. A fervent space and mythology enthusiast, Rameau has created a brand new set of collages invoking the origins of the Universe and Greek myths and legends. Rameau has exhibited in Asian galleries and art centres since 2013.
