Session 1: #BYOB: Babywearing Workout with Ziggy (11:15 - 12:00 PM)
If you can wear them, then you can workout with them! Babywearing workout promotes skin-to-skin bonding, and allows you to move through postpartum-safe movements in a supportive environment! We recommend mums and dads dress themselves and baby in a thin layer as it can get sweaty! You get plenty of aircon and water breaks. You’re welcome to feed baby freely, change diapers etc whenever you need to - we’re all parents and understand our schedule isn’t always baby’s schedule! We recommend using a Semi-Structured Carrier or Secure Wrap (not stretchy wrap) with baby front or back-carried, not on the hip. Join Zig FitMama, a Personal Trainer, Group Class Instructor, and Certified Pre & Post Natal Coach, who started these classes when her son was 5 months old! #BYOB - BRING YOUR OWN BABY (IG: zig.fitmama)
Session 2: Hatha Yoga with Elsie (12:15 - 1:00 PM)
Elsie - a rising name in the HK Yoga scene - is a certified yoga instructor who believes that yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind, the soul and the breath. She is celebrated by both her student and peers for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. Come spend a tranquil afternoon at the Hatha Yoga Session with Elsie. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and revitalized. Please bring your own mat. (IG: @yogi_elel)
Session 3: Handstands with Clare (1:15 - 2:00 PM)
Handstands make a remarkable workout for your core and upper body strength. Clare Lim - a prominent fitness instructor and the founder of Sharedspace HK - will lead a safe and entertaining class of inversions to build greater strength and flexibility. Beginners are welcome! (IG:@clarelim)
