We sincerely invite you to join our "Mind Your Stress" workshop on June 9th, 2017. As humans, we all experience different intensities of stress and sometimes feel overwhelmed at certain points of our lives. We may suffer stress without even being aware of it! We experience stress due to various reasons e.g. life transition, loss and grief, chronic stress, childhood trauma etc. These circumstances make us feel hopeless, anxious, panic, or depressed which can affect other aspects of our lives. What better way is there than to spend a night processing what is actually happening within and discover new ways to handle the stresses?

Unlike regular art classes that focus on the skills or the end products, this workshop emphasizes on improvising and the creative interactive process between the "art-maker" and his/her own artworks. With carefully chosen art activities, you will have a glimpse into your unconscious thought processes and gain insight on your current situation. Participants will be guided to engage in mindful observation, dialogue with self, relaxation and self-reflection activities. NO PRIOR ART EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. The workshop will be conducted by Kaitlyn Tse, an experienced psychologist.

SIGN UP NOW for a different experience to better take care of your well-being and commit yourself to a journey of personal growth.
