- HUMAN NATURE
“Human and nature” is an exhibition of mix media works that includes thought provoking videos and drawings, which invite its viewers to consider and reflect upon our current living environment, and how to create a harmonious relationship with nature and the world that surround us.
The feature works have been created and curated by Lingnan University Visual Studies Department students as part of their educational course.
Throughout the courses, students were encouraged to show their creativity by using different media to create works that resonate with the world around them and their human experience. They were given full freedom to explore various issues related to the theme of animals and nature to create inspiring works that will encourage its viewers to perceive nature and humans in a different way.
Consequently, resulting in the collective exhibition “Human and Nature” we proudly present the amazing talent and creativity of Lingnan University’s students.

“We want to present our works to the visitors of Joint Publishing Store and the Yuen Long Community in order to encourage you to take active role in protecting our living environment and the nature world surrounding us. In the exhibition you will enjoy works related to the living environment in Hong Kong as well as the nature problems occurring all around the world. We have prepared a unique exhibition, which will turn the simple daily life experience into an event that will refresh your day and interact with you in a positive way.
Emphasizing on the increasing distance between humanity and the nature world we hope to show a reality that people neglect to see. We need to work as one taking care of our world and making it a better place for the future generations.”
