During this workshop participants will build crude semblances of some bastardized form of computation from chalcopyrite, iron pyrite, copper, magnetite, galena, graphite, nails, rust, blades and wire, in an attempt to piece together the fragmented core of today's electronic and digital world. The derelict instruments exhibit burst noise, non-stationary, non-equilibrium avalanche breakdown screaming in runaway feedback, potentially leading to their own destruction.
