#HAJIGALLERISTS is proud to presents the new YOUR FLYING HONG KONG TASTE BIENNIAL EXHIBITION at Videotage, an extension of “LeeLeeLee...Hong Kong is still alive” Art exhibition two years ago. The 2015 biennial brings together curators, Lemon Lee and Michael Lee, #HAJIGALLERISTS working in interdisciplinary ways, artists working collectively to project videos and images that let the audience to taste Hong Kong in a whole new fantastical way. By creating new sensory experiences, the colours of Hong Kong might influence the taste our daily life, the notions of elevating oneself above the ground might alter our daily routine in Hong Kong. Lee is a common surname in English-speaking countries, and Lee could be the most common Chinese surnames. Are the people with the same family name related? The visual installation depicts the aspects of individual identity and collective journey of Hong Kong.
