In case of dispute, the decision of Organizer shall be final. - An order confirmation email with e-tickets from "Timable Ticketing" will be received normally in a few minutes after each successful purchase. - On date of event before performance begins, present the e-tickets (electronic or printed copy) at event reception counter to redeem official tickets for entrance.
