為提倡大眾對體能運動的興趣，今個星期六多位體育界名人，包括前香港三項鐵人運動員 – 李致和，前中國女排國家隊員 – 張萍，香港長跑運動員 – 紀嘉文及陳家豪，將出席推廣「漸進式心肺耐力跑」。而星期六、日，大會都設有多個攤位及舞台活動供巿民試玩及欣賞!! 記得要來喔!!!
