2012年歐洲國家盃是第十四屆歐洲國家盃，將於2012年在波蘭及烏克蘭舉行，這屆賽事是繼2008年歐洲國家盃後第三次由兩個國家共同協辦。將有16支球隊參加了會內賽賽事。除主辦國波蘭及烏克蘭外，其餘球隊必須通過外圍賽來爭奪參加決賽週席位。冠軍隊伍將會代表歐洲出席於巴西舉行的2013年洲際國家盃。 曾有建議2012年歐洲賽之參賽隊伍增加至24隊，後遭否決，仍維持16隊。
