每年端午節，大澳漁村均舉辦傳統的「龍舟遊神」活動，由龍舟拖著載有神像的小艇巡遊。這活動已於2011年成功被列入第三批國家級非物質文化遺產名錄的四項香港傳統活動之一。此項逾百年歷史的遊涌活動為大澳每年舉辦一次的宗教活動，由扒艇行、漁業行及合心堂三個漁業行會合辦，原為保庇大澳社區的平安。
