香港國際機場提供逾 65 000 個直接就業機會。為配合香港航空業的持續發展，機場管理局與勞工處聯同約 50 家機構於 8 月 3 日至 5 日合辦香港國際機場職業博覽會，提供逾 5 000 個職位空缺，涉及的工作種類繁多，涵蓋機艙服務、飛機維修、航空貨運、機場保安、清潔工作、行李運送、零售、技術人員、機械工程、物業管理及餐飲服務等。多家參與機構亦會於博覽會期間舉行就業講座。
