Most of the startup founders come from technical or business backgrounds.
Naturally they think much more in terms of "features", "revenue streams" and "development cycles" rather than in terms of "customer journeys", "brand attributes" and "consideration sets".
But small and big companies from Zendesk to Apple have shown that good marketing thinking is at least as crucial to the success of a startup, as the product itself.
In this talk we'll explore some of the most useful marketing concepts and see how they can be applied for the benefit of businesses at any stage.
