文具－在日常生活中， 它可能是最不顯眼的東西，它亦可能經常出現在你附近，可是 ， 我們不曾留意它有趣的一面， 就像我們忽略生活裡頭任何有趣事情一樣。 但若細心觀察，它可發揮的可能性，往往大於它固有的功能本身，就像小時候，我們會把間尺和筆湊拼出一架飛機來打發上課時間一樣。
麥影彤認為，幽默是藝術一個重要元素。《詼諧文具展》將會展出一系列被改頭換面的文具裝置，透過重新配置及命名，妙想天開的視覺幽默將會取代文具的固有功能。
