熱愛科學和幻想的小男孩Victor，因一次棒球賽令愛犬Sparky遇上交通意外身亡，Victor對Sparky念念不忘，忽發奇想利用電流，成功令愛犬翻生！怪誕復活狗的秘密卻被爆料傳遍千里，於是人人有樣學樣，將各式已死的寵物起死回生，豈料復活過程竟然出現離奇變種，寵物變身怪物惡搞全城，引爆了一發不可收拾的大混戰！
