我們日常在茶樓飲用的茶葉種類繁多，各顯特色，現代茶學按照各種茶葉的加工方法，分為綠茶、紅茶、青茶、白茶、黃茶、黑茶等六大類。是次展覽將以茶類為主題，於不同展廳內呈現各種與飲茶有關的文物及典故，如唐代茶馬古道的興衰、英國人的飲茶禮儀、香港獨特的茶文化等，讓觀眾置身於不同顏色的茶區，仿如穿梭時空，親身體驗各地獨特的茶文化。
展覽廳內更設有教育角及互動遊戲，讓不同年齡的觀眾可一同享受一個奇妙的茶館旅程。
