滙豐社區節表揚滙豐社區夥伴計劃的社福機構於本地的工作及成績。「滙豐社區夥伴計劃」總預算1,800萬港元，於2012年7月推出，支援18區社區項目。2012年265個項目獲得資助，受惠者逾440,000人。
社區特色攤位將展示18區的的社區資源，結合互動遊戲、江南風格街頭舞蹈、迷你單車賽及臉部繪畫藝術等活動，歡迎與家人一同參與，支持您所屬社區。
