With fast and furious rugby action combined with the carnival atmosphere, the 2013 Cathay Pacific /HSBC Hong Kong Sevens will be an unforgettable three days for all those in attendance. In line with last year, 4,000 tickets are being made available to residents of Hong Kong by way of the Public Ticket Ballot.
