在三小時的節目中，已在香港音樂圈各自發展出一片天地的女性藝術家將展現他們的音樂才華，男性藝術家也軌透過演出，表現他們對女性的關愛和支持，以及他們對社會以及地球母親的貢獻。
演出中的表演樂曲種類多樣，大部份為原創作品以及一些重新演繹的經典曲目。OYA！之夜，由Maryjane與駐場樂隊共同演出，將會充滿音樂，舞蹈和這種慶祝方式，來向女性權利和生命女神致敬:獻給我們的母親，姐妹，女兒。
