由王丹琦、楊春江及方俊權三位著名編舞指導創作過程，參與學員將透過排演，學習各位導師的舞蹈風格外，更可從中發掘舞蹈的各種可能性，發揮自我的身體潛能，提升創造力與自信。學員將於2013年3月底在牛池灣文娛中心文娛廳參與四場演出，感受舞出真我的樂趣。
