現今的父母都非常著重對子女的培養，因此講座協助家長了解子女的心理、發展的關鍵期和需要，並學習建立適切的教育。從心理學角度，淺談子女在不同階段的心理；從臨床個案，剖析子女在不同發展階段的行為、心理和情緒等方面的變化，及其背後的心理原因；同時提供臨床和專業意見，讓家長學習因應子女的發展而訂立適切的教育 。 不同講座有不同議題，分別適合準爸媽或已為爸媽的來參與。
