新勢力時裝表演2013是「型 · 聚」2013的重點項目之一，從芸芸150個來自不同專業的時裝設計學生中（包括針織、配飾及紡織）精心挑選出22個優異的系列，由專業模特兒演繹的時裝設計表演。新勢力時裝表演同時亦為業界提供平台，藉此了解學生的設計意念及招攬人才。
