莫文蔚 (Karen) 憑著對演藝事業的勇氣與對音樂的無限熱愛，在歌影視三大範疇中披荊斬棘，成為行內的頂尖人物。2014年是Karen踏入演藝圈第20個年頭，為感謝沿途伯樂、歌迷與觀眾的支持，同時分享她的成長曆程，Karen於置地廣場舉辦「莫后年代 － 莫文蔚20周年展覽」 (The Age of MOKnificence -Karen Mok 20th Anniversary Exhibition)，當中「莫」代表莫文蔚，又代表「幕」；「后」代表天后，是對這位金曲歌后實力的封號。 《全身莫文蔚》大碟封面照 展覽場地以閃耀迷人的亮金色配穩重灰色，靈感源自閃爍瑰麗的舞台，讓大眾親身體驗華麗舞台的設計與震撼力，感受Karen的懾人魅力。進場前參觀者先經過布幕裝潢，既象徵一個明星的展覽，也代表走進「莫后」的內心世界，分享和Karen的集體回憶。 是次展覽將展出Karen不同時期的作品，包括她擔任總編輯的校刊、饒富意義的海報、戲服及珍貴獎項、全球獨一無二的高跟鞋、多件別出心裁的衣服，並有保存多年從未曝光過的全身莫文蔚照片及絕密片段，讓大眾走進莫文蔚的世界，窺探她深厚的表演功架與演藝之路，感受她對藝術的熱情。
