搖擺天使勁BAND音樂節是香港有史以來最震撼樂隊大賽,創辦人Rock Angel梁安琪設計前所未有的演譯加原創樂隊較量的比拼方式,邀請有「亞洲鼓王」之稱的DON ASHLEY,第一代冠軍太極擔任演出嘉賓,而太極的ERNEST及JOEY亦會擔任評判,其他在樂壇有祟高地位的評判是有著名唱片監製楊振龍,商業英文台總監JOEL DELACY,詢眾要求梁安琪擔任大會監製及司儀,共同在10月8日在灣仔伊利沙伯體育館,為香港樂隊比賽寫下歷史性新一章!
