為進一步扶助待業及低收入人士，及銳意推動各具特色的本土藝術創作，由保良局主辦，康樂及文化事務署贊助場地的「保良市集」於尖沙咀文化中心以嶄新面貌登場。場內數十個承租檔主可於未來的20個星期天，銷售他們的手工藝品，如紙藝、布藝等，令該區成為市民消閒的另一熱點，同時給予弱勢人士展現才能的場地。 保良局主辦的「保良市集」，將於10月13日及27日；11月3日及17日；12月15日及22日，時間由早上11時至下午6時，在香港文化中心舉行。 市集有60個攤位，有售賣利用鋁罐等物料製作成的燈籠及特色家品等；寵物主人可帶同寵物照片，印製成各式袋款的LOGO。市民可免費入場，支持本地藝術創作，更可幫助一班待業或低收入的檔主。 保良局將於10月13日舉行盛大的「保良市集」啟動日，除了各式攤檔外，保良局將打造創意舞台，讓各類特色創作隆重登場，為香港創造別具特色的本土市集。
