保護遺棄動物協會藉著赤柱廣場歡迎狗隻的優勢，將愛心延伸至其他被遺棄的動物。於10月27日舉辦「萬聖節音樂籌款嘉年華」，透過現場音樂會傳達保護動物，以及人與動物共融的訊息，為被遺棄的年老動物飲食和醫療服務籌款。同場還有萬聖節主題畫鬼臉、手作坊、狗狗零食區和拍照站等攤位， 帶同你的狗狗和孩子們齊來感受萬聖節氣氛吧!
