同流相信:「只要是喜歡戲劇的朋友，即使流派不同，也能殊途同歸」。劇團致力發展高度包容的創作平台，匯集各方藝人及劇場工作者，共同為香港社會推廣戲劇藝術；堅持為香港觀眾帶來富有思辯性的高質素本地及外國劇作，探討人文和人性問題，藉以刺激思維，提升本地劇場的水平；盡心培育劇場新一代專業人才，確保香港劇場持續蓬勃發展。
計劃透過默劇，呈現不同原居民的文化和故事，讓普羅大眾認識默劇藝術，並解開香港原居民的神祕面紗
