2013年10月超強颱風海燕在菲律賓做成嚴重災情，颶風所引發的風暴潮導致傷亡慘重。香港在9月也與強颱風天兔擦身而過，倖免於難，相信大家仍然記憶猶新，颱風也成為香港2013年facebook上最熱門的話題。但近年香港受颱風正面吹襲的情況不多，2012年的13年來第一次十號風球也沒有帶來很大的災情，市民的防災意識可能會因此降低。現任天文台長岑先生會為大家重溫香港戰前的歷史風災，並介紹他近期所收集的一些舊照片，希望可以鑑古知今，在全球氣候變化將會帶來更多極端天氣的趨勢下，讓市民大眾加深對防災減災的認識。 講者：岑智明先生 現任天文台台長 名額：150人 費用：全免
