中國新一代舞者/編舞家謝欣以作品《落》和《十》獲得2013年第二屆北京國際芭蕾舞暨編舞比賽最佳表演獎及銀牌。是次工作坊中，她將講解重心的轉移，以皮膚、肌肉及骨骼為重點，通過身體運動的練習，讓參加者親自體驗其中所蘊含的無限變化。
