丹尼爾‧多特思在學生時代已榮膺多項國家與國際大奬，於2012至2013樂季起獲聘任為琉森節日弦樂團的藝術總監。他在香港演出期間將舉行大師班，透過指導香港浸會大學香港巴羅克室樂團，分享他與琉森節日弦樂團演繹不同音樂作品上的見解。
