賈曉晨在2002年開始參演中國電影及拍攝廣告，於2003年正式加入香港娛樂圈，演出過多部電視劇及電影如《打擂台》《內衣少女》《矮仔多情》《伊莎貝拉》及《耀舞長安》《怒火街頭2》等等，並且曾經參與演出多個知名品牌廣告模特兒。早於2006年參加無線電視節目《美女廚房》成為「美少女廚神冠軍」，於2007年憑《味分高下》中的味之天使角色「梳打」走紅。
