Rac has invited new generation painter‭, ‬Candy Liew‭, to paint animal portraits for the long-stay residents of‭ ‬Society for Abandoned Animals (‭ ‬SAA‭) ‬for charity‭. ‬The animals chosen as model may not‭ ‬be‭ ‬young and healthy any more‭, ‬some of them were ‭ ‬even ‭ ‬abandoned because they no longer had dietary value‭. ‬But SAA never gives up their hope to re-home these animals and promise to take care of them forever‭. ‬Through artistic representations‭,‬‭ ‬we would like to show you the stories of these animals‭, ‬and via canvas to sustain SAA’s hope to give abandoned animals a second chance‭. ‬ We are glad to have LOVERAMICS sponsoring‭ ‬the venue of this exhibition‭. ‬The proceeds of ‭ ‬the exhibition‭ ‬will be donated to SAA‭.
