The exquisite works of recognized French artist Jean-Jacques Pigeon make their debut in Hong Kong and just in time for Valentine’s Day! “Foliage of France” is presented jointly by Asian Art de Vivre and Fabrik Gallery, in collaboration with the Asia Contemporary Art Show. A graduate of the Fine Arts School in Poitiers and the Sorbonne in Paris, Jean-Jacques takes his inspiration from the strength and power of nature – he is equally comfortable with vivid colour as with softer, subtle black-and-white palettes. He works in acrylic on canvas; and China ink, oils and gold leaf on Hangzhou paper. Jean-Jacques’ works have been featured in over 100 exhibitions in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Munich, Tokyo and Seoul.
