Do you love wine? Then the Happy Wednesday of 5, 12 and 19 March are vintage evenings you won’t want to miss! In addition to a rare chance to uncork choice reds and whites from France, Italy, Germany, Argentina, Chile, U.S., Australia & New Zealand, each party comes complete with a generous side order of on-track action! With around 50 of the world’s top wines from eight countries to choose from, it all adds up to three Happy Wednesdays all serious fun lovers will want to attend!

Leveraging winemaking wisdom dating back centuries, French wines are cherished for optimally balancing many complex regional varietal flavours. Italian vinos, meanwhile, are prized for fruit- driven full flavours that seamlessly blend grape varieties only found in local vineyards. Exquisite wines taste even more marvelous when complemented with the superb cuisines from our trackside kiosks at all three Wines in the Valley parties!* So come, savour renowned Moon Koon Restaurant Chief Chef Patrick Lam signature dishes such as Braised Beef Cheek, Deep Fried Shrimps Ball with Lemon Grass and Smoked Egg with Tea Favour!
In addition to Chef Lam’s special recommendations, each stall will also serve Bresse Bleu, Brie & Comte with Dried Apricots and Fruit Bread, French Pork Terrine with Apple Jelly and Chicken and Mushroom Vol au Vent.

What better accompaniment for vintage vino and racing fun than each week’s must-see live band! Raising the beat at each of the party nights will be singer-songwriter Ben Semmens. Another sensational live band performance will be staged by popular Tess Collins (5/3), Genevieve Marentette (12/3) and Allona (19/3).
