由明愛向晴軒小耳朵兒童輔導服務主辦, 以「給夢想的說話」為主題，宣揚每個兒童都應該擁有和堅持自己獨特的夢想，並鼓勵家長對兒童夢想抱有支持的態度，建立和諧有愛的親子關係。活動內容包括兒童夢想專題展覽、嘉賓分享夢想故事、夢想表演節目及親子攤位活動。
