隨著社區發展加速，愈來愈多人關注、甚至投身於社區紀錄，為即將消失的共同記憶並當中的人文價值留低印記。這種方式不只是主流傳媒，也有愈來愈多的民間團隊和人士以工餘時間參與。希望藉這次經驗交流會，以《趁還有墟》和《搵食》作為引子，讓有興趣認識甚或加入社區紀錄的朋友一起談談，更希望有不同的民間紀錄者能一起來到聚集交流經驗，彼此取經。
