Around 300 stalls are divided into themed areas: meet wine dealers from Bordeaux and other regions in the Country Pavilion; uncover new wine producers and chateaux in the Discovery Zone; sample premium wines in the Grand Tasting Pavilion and more. The signature dishes of many of Hong Kong’s most renowned restaurants and hotels will be available and you can indulge in thematic wine-pairing meals, wine classes and talks in the Tasting Room.
