沙田是香港第一代的新市鎮，曾經承載著大眾對新時代美好生活的想像。於區內土生土長的80後「沙田友」將會帶領團友遊走區內的瀝源邨及禾輋邨，實地考察七、八十年代的理想社區和居所設計，追溯屋邨外貌及休憩娛樂等配套設施的演變，及至改由領匯管理後的景象。團友可探訪擺滿藝術品的傳統老麵檔「盛記麵家」，一邊品嚐早餐，一邊聽聽老闆B哥在沙田成長及經營麵檔的故事；另外更會帶你走進經營了五十多年的「漢和麵包西餅」，看看老闆陳先生如何以廉價2元出售菠蘿包回饋街坊。讓我們在這個星期六的早上，一同尋回久違了的地道人情味。 集合地點: 沙田港鐵站 名額: 25人 講者: 李緯邦先生 報名辦法 公眾人士網上報名: http://www.cache.org.hk/signguestbooka.php
