Zpecial was first founded in September 2009 and re-organised in 2013. Current members include Eddy Hong, vocals and guitar, Jackson Mui, guitar, TatMing Lam, bass, and KingKwan Wong, drums. Zpecial is an upcoming band. In 2012, members were given training by the renowned bands ToNick and Kolor. Zpecial then started to create their own music and participated in various band competitions with their first song "Chasing A Dream. " Their second song with lyrics from Miss Yau Sze Hang, the ex-DJ of Commercial Radio was made the theme for the "The Corner", an anti-drug mini film. Zpecial orginates from "Special". All 4 members wish to bring a special feeling to their fans through their own music and performing songs of other artists. They believe music is an inspiring international language. They strive to interact with the audience through music and release positive energy.
