Recreation of 80s pop culture by professional-amateur collaborations Sino Art, tmtplaza and Chiczando jointly present a two-day “Beats of 80s” music spectacle at tmtplaza on 9 - 10 August 2014. Reinterpreting classic 80s music and culture in a modern way, six local arts groups will be bringing fresh performances and workshops, mixing east and west music forms such as beatbox, live band, DJ and dance. The public can “art jam” with the artists through taking part in interactive workshops after each performance, and experience the first-ever live performing art series. All free of charge.
