"Home yet?"
Revolutionary Journey of Improvisation Dance
Retrieving Path to Home Step by Step, Moment by Moment
When city planning restricts our body, we anti-colonize city with our body.
When dancers confront the moves, presence of body sensation confronts the body.
Right before the perfect move, right before the bulldozer…
During the process of improvisation, during the planning and replanning…
We float in the air, without any direction or regulation.
Now, restore the starting point.
Inspired by choreography work by local dance researcher / practitioner greenmay “Rustling of Discourse” and work by young German choreographer Christine He “Sleepy Sickness”, “Habitat Here” is a completely new journey to rethink, re-explore, and reposition of body sensations.
