但，這次我們不是慢行, 而是像小鳥般築巢, 享受靜夏.
習作很簡單.
我們會先來一場靜心,
以呼吸安下心神, 開啟身體的觸覺.
然後我們會一起築巢,
用雙手感受枝葉的紋路,
慢慢找到枯草之間重疊的節奏,
一根一根,
築成一個小小的空間,
盛載著大自然帶回家。
