Straight Six Automotive Ltd is holding Hong Kong’s first Annual Classic Car & Bike festival on the 15th & 16th of November 2014 at the HK Central Harbourfront Event Space. Central to the event will be various displays of classic cars & bikes of interest to both enthusiasts as well as the general public. To build the surrounding atmosphere, the event will have a vintage theme. Guests will be encouraged to attend in vintage dress so as to become part of the event. The vehicles will be set amidst vintage themed food and beverage outlets, modern and vintage retail, family games, arts and crafts as well as creative automotive related activities for all the family. Classic Car & Bike Meet Around 100 rare and privately owned classic and vintage cars and bikes will be on display for the public to view. You will be able to hear the roar of the engines through the weekend as well as create some great photo memories with your friends and family. Best of the Show Sponsored by Frederique Constant All cars and bikes that attend the event shall have the option to be entered into “Best of the Show” competition with prizes to be awarded by Frederique Constant. Educational workshops & talks Throughout the weekend there will be a variety of automotive talks and demonstrations by a variety of industry professionals Automotive Art and Workshops The automotive art displays and workshops dotted around the site will showcase a variety of local Hong Kong talent through a variety of mediums. Vintage Beauty We encourage all guests to attend the event in your favorite vintage style clothes. But if you can’t thin of something to wear, do not fret – we have the solution for you. Children's Activities We place a strong emphasis on families at this event and we wish this event to be an opportunity where families can bond, play together and have good old fashioned family time and create memories that will last a life time. There is little opportunity in Hong Kong for families to get creative and do activities together. Choose from any of our tasty food stalls, goodies from the vintage market, or just grab a drink from one of our bars and come join the picnic! Food & Beverage We love food and we love it even more when it is good! So we have gathered a selection of our favorite restaurants in Hong Kong to offer you a fine choice of food to satisfy your taste buds all weekend. You can try food from any or all of the following restaurants: The Butchers Club | Fatty Crab | Caramba | Eagle Victory Or you can grab a coffee from L’Ami Cafe. The VIP Tent The setting is iconic, the decoration will be like nothing else in Hong Kong, the entertainment shall be explosive and the food to die for. And that is before we introduce the event. The VIP tent shall be open throughout the weekend and the food will be courtesy of The Butchers Club. Come and rest and relax in here all day from 11am -10pm for rest and relaxation. There shall be music, lucky prize draws and of course free flowing food and drink all day long. The Silent Cinema Hushup Events will be providing a silent cinema on both evenings with headphones for people to enjoy! So come, grab a picnic blanket and get comfortable on the grass with some nibbles and enjoy the show!
