CAP作為一個互動平台，讓創作者與公眾能在開放的公共空間中交流，將創意無限擴展。我們相信藝術是雙向的，因此CAP併棄傳統藝術展單單掛起藝術品，只有參觀者孤芳自賞的單向形式，鼓勵創作者與大眾聚首一堂，互相交流和認識。不但讓創作者能直接傳達自己的意念，又讓公眾能夠給予反應，讓藝術真正成為交流的媒介。
CAP的使命是善用社區公共空間創造不同平台讓藝術家能展出藝術作品並與觀眾能親身交流分享創作意念
