K11向來支持本地藝術家發展，並提供珍貴的展出機會讓他們自由發揮表達重要的訊息。為慶祝5周年慶典，K11特別邀請KAF一直致力培育的本地藝術單位Pengguin、Stickyline，以及首位於倫敦時裝週發布作品的香港新晉男裝設計師Kay Kwok打造「5th ARTiversary Design Special」展覽，於K11的G層、1樓及2樓的藝窗內設計一系列帶有祝賀意味的作品，與藝術愛好者一同為K11表達祝福。
