「Theatresports」 即興劇場是一種比賽形式的劇場表演項目，由加拿大著名戲劇家 Keith Johnstone 所創，將戲劇(theatre)及運動 (sports) 元素結合，演出者都是即興演出，由觀眾提供比賽的題目、角色及場境，兩者的互動創造變化，讓雙方都體會即興創作和競賽的爆炸力和感染力。
自2010年開始引入Theatresports以來，我們已多次舉辦工作坊及大型比賽，至今已有數百位年青人及社工參與過訓練。
即興劇場運動有效促進年輕人成長，激發他們的內在潛能及創意，培養正面價值觀、團隊合作及不輕易放棄的精神，而成效在表現不突出的學生及社交能力弱的青年身上尤其顯著。
